Job description

BCubed Engineering, an Auria company, is looking to hire Principal Program Manager. This role will hybrid and located at the Bcubed office in Tampa, FL.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
  • Lead day-to-day program execution to ensure cost, schedule, and scope stay on track.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to align priorities and resolve issues.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and analyze data to support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, supply chain elements, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, updates, and documentation.
  • Track contract requirements and ensure compliance with federal government standards.
  • Support proposal development, capture activities, and opportunity shaping.
  • Engage regularly with customers to strengthen relationships and identify future needs.
  • Support onboarding, task assignments, and performance oversight of program staff. Guide teams in translating technical capability needs into actionable requirements.
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
  • Mission-Driven Professional: Collaborative contributor motivated by the opportunity to develop cutting-edge solutions that protect and serve both the nation and the world.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years supporting U.S. Government contracts and customers.
  • Experience with CPFF, FFP, and T amp;M federal contract types.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously with limited direction.
  • Demonstrated performance in problem solving, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with program management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Proficiency with program management tools like MS Project.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain components.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship.
WHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:
  • Ability to coordinate across projects and programs to identify synergies and drive customer collaboration.
  • Experience working with operational and technical teams to translate capability needs into executable requirements, objectives, and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of DoD Acquisition Pathways and related compliance requirements.
  • Capture management experience.
  • Program or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or a government equivalent.
  • Experience with JAMIS, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Master’s degree in business administration or a STEM field. - Active TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibility.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education amp; experience - and the position level. $150,000 - $210,000
