Title: Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Lake Buena Vista, FL (Onsite 4 days/week, WFH Friday)
Contract: W2 only, 12 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time with either the client or CEI
Pay: $70-75/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

Our client is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to support warehouse technology operations within a large-scale Supply Chain organization. This role requires hands-on warehouse or manufacturing operations experience combined with the ability to coordinate technology delivery, production support, vendors, and operational improvements across distribution center environments. The successful candidate will serve as the bridge between warehouse operations, business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure warehouse technology remains reliable while supporting enhancements, incident resolution, and future automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse technology.
  • Manage vendor deliverables, service commitments, operational issues, and escalations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse operations, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Prioritize enhancement requests, operational backlogs, and production support activities.
  • Coordinate production incidents and drive timely resolution across multiple support teams.
  • Facilitate vendor meetings, delivery planning sessions, and operational status reviews.
  • Support testing coordination, release readiness, deployments, and production transitions.
  • Track risks, dependencies, RAID items, action plans, and service performance.
  • Assist with first-level coordination of warehouse hardware support, including handheld scanners, tablets, and vehicle-mounted devices.
  • Prepare delivery documentation, executive status reports, and stakeholder communications.
Required Skills
  • 6–8+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Service Delivery, Application Support, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain Technology.
  • 3+ years supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution Centers, or Inventory Management.
  • Experience working directly with warehouse or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong vendor management, production support, and incident coordination experience.
  • Experience coordinating work across business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and third-party vendors.
  • Working knowledge of software delivery, testing coordination, release management, and operational support processes.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience.
