Christina “Chris” Leininger, RSC:

  • Prior Experience: She worked as a project and marketing manager for a marketing consulting firm for 5 years. Prior to that, she was a business student at Vanguard University of Southern California.
  • Passionate About: Her family, especially her hilarious and sweet kids. She also values her faith and enjoys photography, traveling, interior design, listening to leadership podcasts and audiobooks, and binge-worthy Netflix shows. She loves life and aims to leave things better than she found it.
Denise Ortega, DSC:
  • Time with Aflac: 11.5 years (and loves her job!)
  • Prior Experience: She worked for Edison and the City of Pasadena for 22 years in the electric industry as an Account Executive and Manager.
  • Passionate About: Spending time with family (she has 40 nieces and nephews which she loves), cooking, and watching sports including the Dodgers, Angels, college softball, and NFL football—her favorite team is the Green Bay Packers.
Regina “Reggie” Mares, DSC:

  • Prior Experience: She owned and operated her own life insurance and retirement planning practice and previously worked in mortgage banking.
  • Passionate About: Her husband, daughters, and granddaughter. She enjoys fine dining and trying diverse culinary experiences, word puzzles and mind-stretching games (but not math!), and watching documentaries that highlight real-life stories and authenticity.
Santino Ferraro, CIT:

  • Prior Experience: He worked as a server at Topgolf and also as an online life insurance sales representative. He studied Supply Chain Management at Arizona State University for two years before transitioning into insurance sales full time.
  • Passionate About: Electronic music and music production, writing, working out, traveling, spending time with friends, and being in nature. He is a big sports fan, especially the New York Yankees, LA Lakers, and Carolina Panthers. He also enjoys going to the beach and is the youngest of five siblings.
Chris French, CIT:
  • Time with Aflac: 2 years
  • Prior Experience: She worked in marketing and communications for manufacturing companies, ranging from medical device to IT and HVACR industries. She first learned about Aflac while in one of those roles and became a fan of the organization.
  • Passionate About: Honesty, kindness, family, and maintaining a non-judgmental outlook. She enjoys sports, hiking, psychology, reading, and spending time with family. She is also actively involved with German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County through fostering and training rescue dogs.
Amanda Escarzaga, DSC:
  • Time with Aflac: 6 years
  • Prior Experience: Previously worked in the electric utility industry as a meter reader and field service representative, where she enjoyed working outdoors and learning the industry firsthand. After a workforce reduction, she earned her Property & Casualty license. Following the pandemic, she joined Aflac and obtained her Life & Health license. Having lost her father to cancer, she was drawn to Aflac's mission of helping protect individuals and families while building a career with greater stability and control over her future.
  • Passionate About: Spending quality time with family, whether it's game nights, trips to museums and zoos, or making lasting memories together. She also enjoys reading, visiting the mountains, watching sunrises, and spending time with animals.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
  • Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
  • Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
  • Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
  • Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.

Qualifications:
  • Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain) is required.
  • Proven industry experience.

  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
