What you will have an opportunity to do:

Are you a highly connected hospitality sales professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic client relationships? We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead revenue generation efforts across the NJ, Westchester, New York City, and Philadelphia markets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic "hunter" who will bring an established network of contacts, existing business relationships, and aggressively develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Leverage existing hospitality industry relationships to drive immediate revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline across corporate, association, government, group, and some social markets.
  • Identify, target, and secure new accounts while growing existing business.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, site tours, client events, and networking activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close profitable business opportunities.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities throughout assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and long‑term partnerships.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in progressive hospitality sales.
  • Proven success in both business development and account management.
  • Demonstrated experience selling within the NJ, Westchester County, New York City, and Philadelphia markets.
  • Established network of corporate, group, association, and hospitality industry contacts.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned market region.
  • Preferred Hotel, resort, conference center, lifestyle, or luxury hospitality experience.
  • Experience selling meeting space, guest rooms, corporate events, conferences, and group business.
Compensation

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000
