Well established manufacturing and distribution company is a progressively growing company to the Aerospace, Medical, Dental and Industrial markets throughout North America. They have an IMMEDIATE NEED for a "Inside Sales Manager”, in the Bellevue/Issaquah area with strong technical sales track record leading a very knowledgeable and tenured inside sales team. Ability to interface with an established outside sales team and report directly to the Vice President of Sales worldwide.  

Company is one of the largest niche providers of mechanical components with an excellent reputation from both their customers and vendors. Primary industries served include aerospace, medical / dental mechanical devices, industrial automation, machining, etc.

This is a highly visible role across several departments in a fast paced environment with a well-established inside sales team to support your efforts to grow existing markets and have the vision to grow market share.

  • A background showing a strong sales team leadership skills for as many as 16 on a customer focused team.
  • Have a solid understanding of the manufacturing process to assist both your inside sales team to define the purchase cycle and close sales with their engineering OEM customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to set own priorities and keep multiple dead-lines in a fast paced team environment.
  • Engineering degree preferred with sales, inside sales, or buyer skills with strong sales understanding
  • Must come from an mechanical background; i.e.: aerospace with mechanical / industrial bearing applications
  • If you have experience in sales management and leadership with mechanical sales, sales projections, developing and implementing sales plans, please come and help us grow again this year.

Winning candidate will have experience with a unique blend of sales talents with customers and vendors and operational management skills to both support and direct your teams efforts while growing the teams technical and sales skills.

Forward thinking, good mechanical aptitude Inside Sales Manager with experience in sales interaction to customer engineering departments who will guide inside sales to support the outside sales teams and customers, the position will work out of headquarters,
and from time to time float across the nation interfacing with sales personnel and clients engineering teams and buyers (5-10% travel), along with a visit to Asian vendors if desired.

Past customer sales interaction needed to assist inside sales team with sales closures and providing technical bearing application support to customers and to the inside sales and outside sales teams . Ability to understand and communicate with customer engineering teams and buyers to recommend product to allow them to achieve their application and production goals or introduce new products to the marketplace through your research to new markets and applications.

High volume and parts focused operations with logistics manager in charge of purchasing and pricing, inventory control, vendor relations to support you. Needs to have previous experience in a high SKU (1000 and high volume environment (11 turn), enjoy interfacing with customers, leading your inside technical sales team to learn of new market applications and grow existing applications to multiple projects.

Due to retirements and promotions we are seeking a Product Unit manager who has both a sales and mechanical aptitude to lead an inside sales team by providing technical knowledge to the customers engineering teams, as well as the inside and outside sales teams to a variety of mechanical bearing applications.
