Job Description

On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Property Manager with residential property management experience to join our team in Gilbert, Arizona.

We are a fast growing property management company focused on customer service, communication, and technology. Essential Responsibilities:

Provide superb customer service when dealing with owners and tenants
Facilitate maintenance requests from a tenant, investigating and resolving tenant complaints
Collection of rents, send 5-day notices, creating bills/invoices as needed
Resolve compliance issues and initiate corrective action, enforce rules of occupancy and community rules
Renew leases and facilitate unit turns between occupancies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management
Familiarity with residential leases, addendums, and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Computer literate and able to learn new software quickly

Requirements:

Active Arizona Real Estate License
Valid Driver’s License
Understanding of Tenant and Fair Housing Law

Compensation:

Is based on experienced, base salary, plus commissions, and bonus opportunities. The more properties you can manage, the more you get paid.

50k - 80k, which is a combination of a salary plus commissions and depends on experience
