Maxim Healthcare is looking to hire Home Health Aides (HHA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (or nurse aide, orderlies, patient care technician, home health aide) to provide assistance to patients with daily living tasks, under the supervision of a registered nurse. Applicants must have an ACTIVE CNA license in OR.

Our current needs is for an adult male client in NW Portland area. The open shifts are for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:30am - 12:00pm This could be a great opportunity to supplement an existing schedule! We are asking for a commitment of at least two days a week.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming and feeding, assisting nurses with medical equipment, and checking patient vital signs.
Giving patients important social and emotional support.
Providing vital information on patient conditions to nurses.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
