Job DescriptionCompany Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A valid driver's license
- Satisfactory driver's abstract. - No more than two moving violations
- Satisfactory criminal background check - No violence or theft convictions
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and problem solve.
- Available to work rotating schedules
- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Enjoy working outdoors even in inclement weather
- Able to lift 60lbs with minimal effort.
- Can comfortably deal with clients, enjoy conversation
- First aid training
- TIA / Sema Certified.
- Experience in the automotive field.
- Understand how to promote and adhere to safe working conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client interaction.
- Operating one of our mobile tire service units
- Complete TIA tire and wheel servicing, not limited to mounting, balancing and repair.
- Use of TPMS hand-held tool to reset monitoring systems.
- Assessing the condition of clients Wheels, Tires and Brakes.
- Data entry into our proprietary tire management system
- Completing daily truck and inventory checklists
- Maintain your company provided vehicle and tools.

- Above-average annual salary and guaranteed performance bonuses.
- $39,616.00 per year - Experienced but requires training
- $42,193.00 per year - Previous wheel and tire experience with a major retailer.
- Per job peace work bonus paid every pay period in addition to normal wages.
- 2 Weeks paid vacation
