Job Description

Amatus Health Care is searching for a kindhearted, competent Registered Nurses (RN) to care for patients in the ease of their home. Our Registered Nurses develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals take steps to improve or maintain health a healthy lifestyle. As an Integris Caregiver, you will be responsible for following a plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services.

***Must have 6 months of home health experience***

Qualifications:

Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse must demonstrate proficient skills using Oasis to admit, transfer, re-certify, and discharge home health customers in regards to physician orders.
Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures.
Follow Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
This position requires at least 6 months of recent Home Health experience and an active TX RN License.
Also, must maintain reliable transportation while traveling to visit our customers.
Ability to make sound nursing judgments and excellent communication skills a must.
IV Infusion and TPN Experience
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Must be available for evening an weekend admissions
