Responsible for developing sales opportunities by calling on business prospects utilizing our CRM software (Salesforce.com).
-Set 2-5 appointments per day with qualified prospective business for our business services we sell.
-Keep daily log of prospective customer data
-Return phone calls to prospective customers
-Determine if the prospective lead meets the prospect requirements
-Identify the best date and time to place appointments for the Private Client Executive's calendar.
-Create search queries and make 75-150 outbound phone calls per day.
Base pay is $14 per hour, but with daily bonus of $150 per day you will average $48-52,000 per year.

We are specifically marketing to Orange County and San Diego counties, but will add more territories outside of California. Position will meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned territory by promoting Pivotal products and services through the use of professional sales techniques, effective time and territory management and all other tools provided and required by Stephan & Stephan. *Earning potential of up to $80,000-$105,000per year if promoted to Private Client Executive.
* Excellent and proven communication skills: written, oral and presentation.
* Fully understands the sales process and the necessary components.
* Demonstrates influence, persuasion and negotiation skills * Efficient personal productivity with the ability to manage and monitor individual results -including excellent time and organization management, sense of urgency, proactive nature, with strong initiative and high energy level with the desire to improve performance at all levels.
* Demonstrates excellent follow up skills for all areas of sales cycle.
* Meet and exceed sales targets. Achieve maximum sales by tracking and evaluating individual performance ratios, identifying new prospects, and marketing company within the assigned sales territory.
* Complete and deliver all required paperwork, e-learning courses, reporting, expense reports, sales pipelines, contracts and forecasts accurately and on time or as requested by management.
Training:
Experience in participating in training for sales and product skills utilizing company delivery models (e.g., instructor-led classes, conference call learning, virtual classrooms, self-study, on-the-job training, etc.).
Technical Requirements:
Proficiency with Windows-based PC applications
