Job Description:

Senior Corporate Accountant

Our client, a Fortune Global 500 company in the manufacturing industry, is looking for qualified candidates to join their team as the Senior Corporate Accountant.

The Senior Corporate Accountant will be responsible for completing the company’s monthly corporate consolidation close process, as well as producing financial statements. This person will collect and analyze monthly financial results, ensure accounting policy compliance, and prepare company quarterly earnings press releases.

Duties include designing and maintaining reporting structures to facilitate reporting tax, audit and legal reports, providing internal and external auditors. An ideal candidate will rely on accepted accounting principles to advise the company’s business units on their monthly close, consolidation and special transactions.

Qualifications:

CPA certification preferred
At least three years’ relevant accounting experience
Experience working as an Auditor for a large public accounting firm preferred
Experience with complex financial reporting
Strong analytical and process improvement skills
Ability to work manage multiple tasks under deadline
