Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic front desk receptionist who wants to join a professional and fun team. We do not require you to have any prior medical experience for this position. At the Charleston Men’s Clinic, we specialize in helping men overcome sexual dysfunction and performance-related issues in the bedroom. Our patients require staff members who can handle this sensitive issue and subject matter with ease. A male applicant is preferred for this position due to the sensitive nature of our clinic.

General day-to-day responsibilities:

• Manages the clinic’s multi-line phone system
• Efficiently organizes the schedule for new and current patients
• Greets patients with an excellent attitude
• Collects proper paperwork, signatures, and vitals from new patients
• Registers new patients and updates existing patient information
• Confirms next-day appointments
• Calls missed leads to reschedule, no-show and canceled appointments
• Maintains a clean or orderly reception and work area
• Ensures all patient rooms are clean and stocked before patient arrival
• Successfully processes all accepted forms of payment
• Follows up on accounts receivables with patients
• Prepares and maintains all clinic paperwork

**Duties assigned may be updated intermittently to accommodate necessary role**

Experience:

• Reception: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
