Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque has retained our services to locate the ideal nursing leader for the role of Director of Children’s Nursing Services. The Director will have responsibility over all operational activities for this exciting and growing 60-bed Level III NICU, 21-bed PICU, and 8-bed Peds Hem/Oncology department.

The ideal professional will possess strong leadership skills combined with exceptional people skills, is a strong proponent of shared governance, and is skilled at mentoring and developing staff. 10+ years management experience and an MS degree are required. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
