You may set up interviews and work to make contact with the talent pool through online outreach, hiring events, or contacts at universities and colleges. You may work with other members of the human resources department or recruiting team to create outreach and recruitment strategies, and to ensure that those strategies are testable and scalable.

What Are the Job Requirements to Be a Talent Associate?

The qualifications you need to start working in a talent associate position include a bachelor’s degree human resources or a related field. Some employers accept job applicants with a bachelor’s degree in any subject, provided they have experience in human resources. You may be able to get job experience through an apprenticeship during your undergraduate studies.
