Job Title: LPN/LVN - Outpatient Pulmonary Clinic
Location: Bronx, NY
Assignment: 4 Weeks | 37.5 hrs/week
Shift & Schedule:
- Day Shift
- 8-hour shifts
Summary:
Seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to support patient care in an outpatient pulmonary clinic setting. Candidates should be organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and nursing support in an outpatient clinic setting
- Assist with patient intake, assessments, and vital signs
- Support physicians and clinical staff with patient procedures and treatments
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
- Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care
- Ensure compliance with clinic safety and infection control standards
Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN License
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- BLS Certification required
- Experience in outpatient or pulmonary settings preferred
