Location: Warren, NJ | Hybrid

Need candidates with strong P&C insurance domain experience.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Implementation & Configuration

  • Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of the Profisee MDM platform, including entity modeling, stewardship workflows, matching/merging rules, and survivorship logic.
  • Architect and build master data domains including Policy, Customer/Party, Agent, Vendor, Location, and Product reference data tailored to P&C insurance business needs.
  • Configure Profisee's Hub, Spoke, and Registry styles of MDM as appropriate for each data domain.
  • Develop and maintain data quality rules, validation logic, and survivorship hierarchies within Profisee.
  • Integrate Profisee with upstream and downstream systems including Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Lake (OneLake), Snowflake, policy administration systems, and claims management systems.

Data Governance & Stewardship

  • Partner with Data Governance and business stakeholders to define Master Data policies, standards, and stewardship workflows.
  • Design and configure business stewardship workflows in Profisee, enabling data stewards across Underwriting, Claims, and Actuarial domains to manage data quality exceptions.
  • Establish golden record definitions and survivorship rules in alignment with business requirements.
  • Support the development of data lineage, data catalog integration, and metadata management using tools such as Microsoft Purview.

Architecture & Integration

  • Design MDM integration patterns using REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, and ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure bi-directional synchronization between Profisee and enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to align MDM solutions with the broader Data Mesh / Data Platform strategy, ensuring master data is published as trusted data products to domain teams.
  • Build and maintain Delta Lake / Medallion architecture pipelines that ingest, cleanse, and promote master data from Bronze → Silver → Gold layers.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability of the Profisee deployment on Azure.

Data Quality & Analytics

  • Define, implement, and monitor Data Quality KPIs and dashboards for master data health across all domains.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on data quality issues and drive remediation efforts in collaboration with source system owners.
  • Develop data profiling and anomaly detection processes to proactively identify master data integrity issues.

Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation

  • Translate complex MDM and data governance concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs, data models, integration specifications, runbooks, and stewardship guides.
  • Provide training and enablement to data stewards, analysts, and IT teams on Profisee platform usage and MDM best practices.
  • Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in enterprise data management, with at least 3 years of hands-on, production-level experience with the Profisee MDM platform.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering MDM solutions in financial services, insurance, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of implementing Party/Customer, Policy, or Product master data domains in complex enterprise environments.
