Job: Business Analyst III

Job Description
1) Business Requirements Technical Logic
Translate business requirements into simple rules, workflows, checklists, or tracking logic (e.g., if/then rules, approval steps, control validation).
2) Low-Code Automation / Workflow Tools
Build and support basic automation workflows using Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar tools (approvals, reminders, evidence tracking, status workflows).
3) Basic Risk / Compliance Scoring
Implement simple scoring models (e.g., low/medium/high, weighted scoring, prioritization logic) using Excel formulas (IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUM, etc.) or platform fields.
4) Data Management & Preparation
Perform data cleaning, validation, and structuring (e.g., deduplication, data consistency, field standardization) for risk, controls, vendors, or compliance datasets.
5) Documentation of Logic & Automation
Document workflow logic, scoring rules, and assumptions clearly to support repeatable processes, change tracking, and audit readiness.
