Supports Enterprise Data Management initiatives within Financial Services
Focuses on requirements gathering, data analysis, and compliance
Works within an Agile delivery model
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and data requirements for Data Management initiatives
Work with Eagle, STAR, and PACE for:
Data ingestion
Validation
Reconciliation
Reporting
Perform data analysis and support data quality issue resolution
Collaborate with technology, operations, and data governance teams
Support UAT, defect management, and ongoing data investigations
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage user stories
Experience Requirements
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in Financial Services Data Management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
