Zuccaro's Banquets & Catering in Chesterfield Twp., MI is looking for a Chef to join our 30+ person strong team. We are located on Gratiot, 1 block South of 21 Mile. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hardworking.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Follow all ServSafe and health department guidelines
· Hire, Train and Schedule kitchen staff
· Manage day to day kitchen operations
· Manage any dietary restrictions of our guests
· Inventory and purchases
· Create new menu entrées
· Positive and professional with staff and guests
· Strong passion for food and leadership skills
· Banquet Facility, 35-40 hours a week.
