Job description

We are seeking a skilled and qualified Primary Care Physical Therapist to service our patients throughout the Bluffton area. If you have a passion for providing patient care, improving outcomes, and building community relationships, Your Health Org is the perfect opportunity for you.
Physical Therapist role performs visits in homes, ALF's, and ILF's, clinics, and via Telehealth. This is a salary-based position, with a guaranteed monthly bonus. This is a full-time 8-hr position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday).

What Are We Looking For?
Your Health is currently looking for a Physical Therapist to join our growing primary care family. You must be a compassionate and empathetic clinical professional with the ability to provide the highest standards of care to our patients. It is also important to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a positive and motivating manner. As a Physical Therapist here at Your Health, you will obtain complete health and psychosocial history and records findings in a systematic format. Perform complete physical assessment, while providing health education and counseling. Arrange referrals to other members of the health team as needed and to community resources. Physical Therapist must use appropriate reporting mechanisms as required by law, respect the dignity, confidentiality, and privacy of patients, obtain appropriate authorization and consents for treatments, review patient's medical diagnosis, prognosis, procedures, and clinical course. And market and provide community education.
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a Physical Therapy training program and certified thought the therapy state board
  • A current license to practice in the state of SC.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Previous experience in healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, and other places.
  • Ability to utilize electronic documentation required'
  • At least one year experience in the specialty field you are applying for
  • Experience and/or interest in Pelvic Health Preferred
