Human Touch Home Health is seeking a New Graduate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Blacksburg team serving patients throughout Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, and surrounding New River Valley communities.

You worked hard for your degree and your license. Now you need an opportunity to build confidence, strengthen your clinical skills, and grow into the therapist you trained to become.

Experience isn't required to bring value. Your career has to start somewhere.

What You'll Do
  • Complete physical therapy evaluations in patients' homes
  • Develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, gait, balance, transfer, and mobility training
  • Assess home safety and fall risks
  • Educate patients and caregivers
  • Monitor patient progress
  • Coordinate care with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other team members
  • Complete timely documentation using WellSky
  • Participate in discharge planning
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Active Virginia Physical Therapist License Required
  • New Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the home health setting
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support
