Soft skills like physical stamina, attention to detail, and effective communication are also crucial, as Landscapers often work independently and interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences. A: A Landscaper's typical career progression involves starting as a Laborer or Entry-Level Landscaper, where they gain hands-on experience and develop basic skills in gardening, horticulture, and equipment operation. As they gain experience, they can move into mid-level roles such as Crew Leader or Landscape Technician, where they oversee teams, manage projects, and develop expertise in design, installation, and maintenance.
