Job description

Here's the deal: we're awesome at taking care of our customers and providing exceptional residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping service. But that only happens because we have amazing people like you on our team.
We at The Grounds Guys of Bonney Lake, are looking for someone ready to join a fun, friendly, hard-working group as a Landscaping Team Member.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by our coverage provider
  • Experience driving a pickup truck with trailer
  • Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to safely operate commercial landscape equipment and tools
  • Effective communication skills - able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, and communicate progress to foreman. English proficiency required.

  • General landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
  • Maintain flower beds, gardens, and other landscaped areas
