Senior Full Stack Developer – Python / React & AI-Assisted Development
BizTech Fusion is hiring for one of their clients for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, React, AWS, Java/Spring Boot, Microservices, and AI-Assisted Development.
Location: Reston, VA / Washington, D.C.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week onsite
Experience: 7+ years of software development experience

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an SEC Public Trust Clearance.

Position Overview
BizTech Fusion is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience building modern, cloud-native applications using Python, React.js, Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Microservices.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing complex cloud-native features and services, implementing automated testing and secure coding practices, participating in code reviews, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance cloud-native applications and services on AWS.
- Develop complex cloud-native features and distributed services.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
- Develop and maintain modern APIs and backend services.
- Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Develop automated unit, integration, and other software testing solutions.
- Apply secure coding practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software quality standards.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity and code quality.
- Work with Agile teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver production-ready software.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

- Experience with serverless AWS architectures.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and services.
- Experience developing highly scalable and highly available cloud-native systems.
- Experience with modern AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.

- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and React.js.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on AWS/cloud-native development experience.

- Experience developing automated tests.
- Experience with secure coding and software quality practices.

Important Note
