Job Description:

The Full-Stack Web Developer requires a strong focus on building high‑quality mobile-first applications. Role requires experience in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, scalable web solutions that deliver seamless user experiences across mobile devices. Experience developing fully compliant iOS and Android mobile applications is required. Requires collaboration closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver robust features from concept to deployment. Works in an agile process and produces iterative products for review and refinement. Responsible for delivering web and mobile designs that are 508 accessible and compliant with DoD regulations.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies.
  • Expertise in mobile responsive design and mobile first code for scalability.
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for front-end development.
  • Partner with designers and developers to ensure the interface meets usability standards and aligns with business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with back-end developers about feasibility, constraints, and technical considerations.
  • Support testing and validate that the front-end meets requirements and provides seamless user experience.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technical field
  • 10+ years developing web and mobile applications with proven leadership in legacy software rebuilds
  • Microsoft Full-Stack Development building web applications using MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
  • Front and back-end development knowledge in JAVA, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and framework libraries expertise
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and section 508 accessibility standards
  • Excellent communication and management skills.

Certifications Required:

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Certified Professional in Full Stack Development (CP-FSD)
