Voya Investment Management is seeking an individual to join the Chief Strategy & Transformation Office team. The AVP will be responsible for supporting strategic growth opportunities across the Firm. This new role can be hybrid based in NYC or Atlanta or fully remote.

Responsibilities:

The AVP will partner closely with the team, working with leaders across the business to outline key priorities for growth in North America as well as internationally through AllianzGI, our global distribution partner, by forming and implementing strategic initiatives, primarily organic in nature. Our projects will provide exposure to a breadth of activities and include frequent interaction with the leadership. The AVP will provide an opportunity to gain broad perspective of the organization while serving as a strategic advisor.

Who is our ideal candidate?

A dynamic, detail-oriented, self-starter with 2+ years of experience at a major management consulting firm, i.e., McKinsey, Bain, BCG. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, proven analytical/problem solving and effective presentation skills. Priority given to those with asset management or investment experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years relevant experience, ideally at a major management consulting firm
• Advanced knowledge of the global asset management industry
• Strong presentation, communication skills and confidence to interact with senior leaders
• Proven analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
• Ability to review and synthesize information and form independent judgements
• Strong quantitative and technical abilities, including modeling experience
• Fast learner, ability to leverage personal and organizational network to drive results
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and has a fine attention to detail
• High degree of initiative with a commercial mindset
• Effectiveness in a deadline-driven environment
• Commitment to excellence and integrity
• Expert Powerpoint skills
• Strong record of academic achievement with a BS, preferably in Finance
