Experienced in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in conjunction with Power Automate with strong knowledge of Power Platform components and architecture practices. IMPORTANT NOTE: The IDEAL candidate will be available to work in a hybrid schedule with onsite work weekly (exact weekly schedule to be worked out between client/selected resource). Client will consider fully remote work for a strong candidate, however, local candidates who are willing to work in a hybrid role will be given preference.
The ITD Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has the obligation to provide a variety of motor vehicle registration services, operator licensing services, and regulatory compliance services as mandated by the Idaho Legislature and applicable Federal regulations. DMV is modernizing their systems and is developing and maintaining a significant baseline of source code and associated database structures as a part of this modernization effort. We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using all components of the Microsoft Power Platform—Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) using Power Automate. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of best practices, an innovative mindset, and a proven track record of delivering effective and scalable solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesExperience: Extensive experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. Proven experience in implementing RPA solutions using Power Automate. Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and connectors within the Power Platform ecosystem. Experience with Azure services and their integration with Power Platform solutions.
Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or.NET, as well as familiarity with SQL and DAX. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design efficient solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with agile development methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD in Power Platform environments. Mentor team members in Power Platform development, sharing knowledge and promoting continuous learning.
