Software Tools Engineer II

Quevera is seeking a Software Tools Engineer II to join our team. REQUIRED - MUST have a current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance to apply for role. Only those with a current TS/SCI with Poly clearance will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

โ€ข Will be an integral member of the DNS, DHCP, IPAM (DDI) Operations Team and will be responsible for the IP Address Management process. Responsible for the automation of requirements management, change management, requirements gathering/tracking, and configuration management. Projects require automated solutions to effectively manage the requirements, link source documents, and architectures. The Tools Engineer shall work with teams to identify, engineer, and implement the most optimum automated solution that follows approved processes for a given project or infrastructure. In addition, Tools Engineers shall work with all other infrastructure support teams as other teams as part of a solution to identify, engineer, and implement solutions that integrate with the automation/infrastructure/productivity tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

โ€ข Space alignment for registration requests

โ€ข IPAM Subnet management, workflow management, front door management and vetting

โ€ข Space alignment for registration requests

โ€ข Burn rate management, space alignment for registration requests, and efficiency of routing services and subnet for cloud services

โ€ข Develop, tailor, and maintain associated technical documentation for software productivity tools

โ€ข Provide consulting, training, and hands-on expertise to project personnel to include Key Management personnel in the use of software tools

โ€ข Perform regular backup of software productivity tools databases, datasets, and files

Required Experience:

Experienced IPAM SME

โ€ข Knowledge or IPv4/IPv6 subnetting

โ€ข DOD8570-M, IAT Level 1
