– 6:00 a.m.) Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional care, hospitality, and service. We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the overnight shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing calm, attentive overnight care while helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. Why You’ll Love This Role • Meaningful work supporting resident comfort and safety overnight • Supportive and collaborative care team environment • Opportunity to build strong relationships with residents • Consistent overnight schedule with shift differential pay What You’ll Do • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, dressing, and mobility • Respond promptly to emergency pendants and overnight resident needs • Complete resident safety rounds and monitor resident well-being • Assist with repositioning, transfers, and overnight care routines • Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments • Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the care team • Document care and services provided according to care plans What We’re Looking For • CNA certification preferred or required per state regulations • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred • Compassion, patience, professionalism, and reliability • Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented • Strong communication and resident care skills This is more than a caregiving role — it’s an opportunity to provide reassurance, comfort, and exceptional care when residents need it most.
