To thrive as a Caregiver, you need a basic understanding of personal care, health monitoring, and often a high school diploma or relevant certification in caregiving or CPR/First Aid. Familiarity with patient care management systems and assistive devices is typically required. Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills are crucial for building trust and providing emotional support to clients.
