Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for overcoming these challenges and ensuring quality patient care.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Nursing CNA, and why are they important?

What are Nursing CNAs?

Nursing CNAs, or Certified Nursing Assistants, are healthcare professionals who provide basic patient care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs). Their duties typically include helping patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. CNAs also assist with monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in a patient's condition to nursing staff. They play a crucial role in ensuring patient comfort and supporting the overall healthcare team in hospitals, nursing homes, and other care facilities.
