Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", responsibilities of this position include assisting workers engaged in preparing foods for the restaurant while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

Wash, peel, cut and seed vegetables and fruits.
Clean, cut, and grind meat, poultry, and seafood.
Dip food items in crumbs, flour, and batter for breading.
Stir and strain soups and sauces.
Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
Store food in designated areas.
Clean work areas, equipment and utensils, segregate and remove garbage and steam clean or hose garbage containers.
Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

Less than high school education; or up to one (1) month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be at least 17 years old.
Must obtain Food Handler's Certification.
