We are a Maine-Inspired fast-casual Lobster Shack Restaurant seeking a Passionate and Energetic General Manager to deliver an amazing experience in Boston, MA. We are an ethical, environmentally focused, founder-driven, fun, growing restaurant group, with a mission to serve great-tasting seafood sourced responsibly.

Who we are seeking:
- Minimal 2-3+ years of fast-casual restaurant General Management experience in leading 15+ employees
- Hands-on leadership – Active participation on the line with guests, working alongside your team and leading them.
- Strong P&L, COGs, Payroll, management.
- Thrive in building a positive, diverse team culture and collaborative environment.
- A driven leader who is open and has integrity
- Someone that gets excited to be part of a mission to deliver traceable, sustainable seafood to our guests and share that passion
- Proven track record of driving sales and fostering a great guest experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite & Google Suite
