AM Restaurant Server l Circ within The Madison Concourse Hotel

CIRC, located within the hotel, has an opening for a Part-Time AM Server. We are looking for someone who enjoys being a part of a team, recognizes the importance of providing exceptional service and can give our guests a positive and memorable experience every day. This position requires availability of 6:45am-2:30pm. Wage: base+ tips, average wage $15-$22/hr, with a guarantee of $15/hr

In addition to demonstrating exceptional service to our guests, you will:

• Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
• Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars
• Garnish and decorate dishes prior to serving
• Observe diners, respond to any additional requests, and determine when meal has been completed
• Total the bill and process payment
• Ladle soup, dish salads,portion pies and desserts, brew coffee, and perform other services as necessary
• Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course
• Wrap silverware and complete other side work
• Complete other duties as assigned
