JadeWaters at Hilton Anatole is searching for Seasonal Food Servers for their re-opening!

From spring weekends through fall weekends, you and your family will love our JadeWaters resort pool complex. Play the day away in our leisure pool with a swim-up bar, kids splash and play area, lazy river, luxury cabanas, two 180-foot slides, and more. Spanning three acres within the hotel's 7-acre sculpture park, JadeWaters features a family and children's area with a 7,000-square-foot beach-entry pool, activity pool with play areas, two winding water slides, and a 630-foot lazy river. Enjoy our grab-and-go menu poolside or in a private cabana, and quench your thirst with specialty cocktails like our Watermelon Hurricane. JadeWaters Bar & Grill offers dining options for the entire family through the summer season.

We are in search of candidates with open availability. We are looking for candidates that have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a food server, preferably in a hotel, fast-paced environment, or pool complex. What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
