To thrive as a Disneyland Server, you need strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience in food and beverage service, often supported by a food handler’s certification. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and knowledge of Disneyland’s specific protocols and menu offerings are typically required. Outstanding interpersonal communication, teamwork, and the ability to remain cheerful and efficient under pressure set exceptional servers apart. These skills ensure a magical guest experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with Disney’s high service standards.
