Job description

We’re hiring L2 and L3 Technical Specialists to support large-scale healthcare imaging and PACS modernization projects across Canada. If you thrive in complex technical environments and enjoy solving mission-critical problems, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in healthcare technology.

L2: you will be supporting clients and providing 'add-ons' to client systems (before moving to L3)

L3: you will be deploying/implementing systems (before moving to L4)

This is a HYBRID role: 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home.

What You’ll Do

  • Deploy and configure Windows servers, MS SQL, enterprise applications, and Active Directory environments
  • Support Azure cloud-based healthcare IT solutions
  • Implement integrations with EMR, RIS, HIS, and imaging systems using DICOM, HL7, IHE, and APIs
  • Troubleshoot complex interoperability, connectivity, and system performance issues
  • Manage technical support cases and communicate directly with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams on enterprise deployments

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory
  • Hands-on Azure cloud deployment experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with healthcare integrations and standards (DICOM, HL7, IHE)
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced technical environments
  • Experience supporting healthcare IT, PACS, or enterprise applications is a strong asset
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • IT Software experience
  • Cloud-based experience
  • Bilingual: English and French
