JOIN OUR PRODUCTION TEAM!Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Worker will be responsible for supporting various production processes, including assembling, packaging, sanitizing, and preparing products for shipment. This position ensures that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company quality and safety standards.

- Expect a range of $20.57-$24.90 for production and machine operator roles, based on the open job and your experience
- Education:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills:
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and formula application.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
Work Environment:
- The position is based in a temperature-controlled production environment. Physical labor, attention to detail, and safety adherence are key to successful performance. The role requires wearing PPE and working with industrial equipment and materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
