Manage the technical development process from design handoff through production to ensure sleepwear styles meet brand standards for fit, construction, and quality.
Participate in and lead fit sessions, review samples, and provide fit comments and recommendations for pattern and construction adjustments.
Prepare and maintain detailed tech packs, track sample progress, and communicate with overseas offices and vendors to resolve fit, pattern, and construction issues.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Designer to join our Sleepwear team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical development process from design handoff through production, ensuring that all sleepwear styles meet our brand’s standards for fit, construction, and quality. You will collaborate closely with Design, Production, and overseas vendors to translate creative concepts into well-fitting, commercially viable garments.
