Data Analyst
Location Onsite Dallas TX - local candidates only with Banking domain exp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Develop creative strategies for data visualization and storytelling to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proactively identifying areas for optimization and innovation within existing processes and systems.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
