Data Analyst

Location Onsite Dallas TX - local candidates only with Banking domain exp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop creative strategies for data visualization and storytelling to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives, and develop innovative solutions to address them.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proactively identifying areas for optimization and innovation within existing processes and systems.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
