Catering Leads/Delivery Drivers

Saucehouse BBQ and The Venue on Broad are in search of several hardworking and responsible individuals to join our team as catering leads for full service events as well as drivers for our drop off services. This individual will be responsible for safely getting our staff, supplies, and food to and from events as well as leading staff during full service events at Saucehouse, The Venue, and off-site.

Benefits:

• Pay will begin at $10 an hour. Once becoming a Catering Lead, pay will increase to $15 an hour.
• Tips

Requirements to apply:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid US driver's license
• Relatively clean driving record
• Comfortable driving long bed trucks and/or willingness to learn
• Able to delegate tasks effectively
• Available nights and weekends including during UGA's football season

Saucehouse BBQ was founded by local Bulldawg, Christopher Belk in 2013. Belk struck ground on the restaurant while still in school and working full-time in restaurant sales.

Traveling the country and working in restaurants is what led Christopher to create this unique bbq concept… bringing different regions of BBQ under one house….The Saucehouse!

From Christopher’s mouth to your ears, “I want Saucehouse to be a fun concept for our guests where they can try different types of sauces and styles of BBQ from all over the country!”

Christopher also believes in creating a great work environment for his employees and making them feel appreciated for working hard as a team!

Since its inception, Saucehouse has grown to be a popular BBQ Restaurant, a great catering option for large groups of hungry people in Athens and Atlanta, a fun Bar with outside seating and beer garden, and a new catering Venue that opened in 2022 with the ability to hold events up to 500 people!
