Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Hoyer lift caregiver to join our team of compassionate and dedicated caregivers. As an experienced caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to provide meaningful care to people of all ages and abilities, ensuring their well-being where they are happiest and most comfortable—at their own homes.
Responsibilities:
Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
