Real Estate and Property Accountant

Robert Half Management Resources is looking for a Senior Accountant Senior with a minimum of 5 plus years real estate accounting experience. Candidate will have flexibility to work remotely.
This individual will oversee accounting department and be responsible for:

• Reviewing monthly financial report
• Make journal entries to close out month
• Produce annual budgets for rentals/condo's and co-op buildings
• Budget variance tracking

We are seeking an individual with excellent organizational and follow-up skills; an individual who will act as a true detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to manage others and complete multiple items within a set deadline.
In addition, the individual will use critical thinking in performing daily tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment, while meeting strict deadlines.
Real estate experience is highly preferred.
Requirements
Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in accounting or similar field is required.
• Real estate accounting experience required
• Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in real estate accounting.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail orientated
• Ability to work independently
