Marketing Manager // Designer

Description
TCG is partnering with a growing direct-to-consumer eCommerce start-up on their search for a Digital Marketing Manager. This is a unique role as we are hoping to find someone who not only understands digital marketing and customer acquisition, but also is well-versed in design and content creation. This is a 50/50 blend of data driven marketing and creative design. We are looking for someone who has worked for a direct-to-consumer CPG company and understands the nuances of eCommerce marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for:
-- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search, and content marketing
-- Working with the Marketing Director to implement a strategy to acquire and retain customers
-- Write copy for email campaigns, long form blog posts, and social media/community management
-- Designing digital assets for email, website, display ads, and social
-- Implementing a go-to market strategy for any new products (CPG)
Requirements
-- 3+ years of digital marketing, design, and content writing experience
-- MUST HAVE prior experience working for a direct-to-consumer CPG company
-- 2+ years of eCommerce experience, ideally managing a marketing strategy for an online based company
-- Knowledge of all digital channels: social, paid media, email, and display
-- Strong proficiency in design: must be well versed in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator are must haves)
-- Tech skills: WordPress, HTML/CSS, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify
-- Photography and Videographer skills are a huge plus!
-- Ability to work for a small start-up, wearing many hats (and driving growth!)
