They focused on sales goals, employee performance, and company policies and practices. They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams.

Our fast growing franchisee keeps growing and we're looking for Restaurant General Managers, Shift Restaurant Managers, & Assistant Restaurant Managers for our stores in THE GREATER PHILADELPHIA AREA AS WELL AS THE FOLLOWING CITIES IN SOUTH JERSEY:

Mount Laurel

Glassboro

Marlton

Mantua

Willingboro

Required Skills

Minimum three years Fast Food Restaurant management experience • High school education • Quick Service Restaurant Experience required • Valid Driver's License.

Desired Skills

Minimum three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), experience running shifts without supervision

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 base pay + Bonus for Restaurant General Managers (DOE)
