About the Role:
Ready 4 Work is seeking dependable and compassionate LPNs to join our per diem network. Choose your shifts, locations, and care settings - from pediatric care to rehab and emergency assignments through our app.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and record patient responses.
- Support rehabilitation and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
- Promote a safe, caring, and professional environment.
- Active LPN license.
- At least 1 year of clinical or long-term care experience.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
