  • Create and maintain 3D CAD models and drawings (Creo / ProE), including GD&T and tolerance analysis
  • Support system integration, validation, and testing to meet accuracy, reliability, and performance requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments, recommending design improvements
  • Collaborate with electrical, systems, and manufacturing teams on hardware integration and packaging
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and design optimization

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, test systems, or product development
  • 3+ years of experience with 3D CAD tools (Creo / ProE preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and mechanical design principles
  • Experience supporting hardware integration, validation, or production environments
  • U.S. Citizenship required; Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Clearance
  • Experience with mechanical packaging and electro-mechanical systems
  • Background in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability systems
  • Experience with environmental testing (vibration, shock, thermal, ESS)
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (Windchill, PDM)
  • Exposure to thermal or structural analysis
  • Systems engineering or cross-functional integration experience
