This role involves working collaboratively with information technology professionals, state agency partners, and contractors to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide program technical assistance in developing scope and requirements for system documents.
  • Review design documents and conduct system tests to ensure expected outcomes.
  • Assist in data conversion and implementation of new/enhanced systems.
  • Interpret federal and state statutes to ensure compliance in automated system design.
  • Develop procedure and user manuals and monitor adherence to federal and state requirements.
  • Provide help desk customer service and respond to user inquiries regarding system issues.
  • Remain current in program policies and participate in developing technical solutions.
  • Develop and conduct training workshops and seminars on new and modified procedures.
  • Perform other related duties, including attending meetings, compiling reports, and maintaining records.
