We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical assistance and support in the development and implementation of automated systems. This role involves working collaboratively with information technology professionals, state agency partners, and contractors to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide program technical assistance in developing scope and requirements for system documents.
- Review design documents and conduct system tests to ensure expected outcomes.
- Assist in data conversion and implementation of new/enhanced systems.
- Interpret federal and state statutes to ensure compliance in automated system design.
- Develop procedure and user manuals and monitor adherence to federal and state requirements.
- Provide help desk customer service and respond to user inquiries regarding system issues.
- Remain current in program policies and participate in developing technical solutions.
- Develop and conduct training workshops and seminars on new and modified procedures.
- Perform other related duties, including attending meetings, compiling reports, and maintaining records.
