Below are some of the responsibilities as a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Poker Shift Manager:
- Supervise team members, as well as hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee efficient Poker table operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure proper game speed, limits, and staffing.
- Report unusual or suspicious activity to the Poker Manager.
- Investigate and resolve variances promptly.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and reports.
- Handle Poker room accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
- Stay informed on gaming laws and company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of related experience.
- Previous Poker experience.
- 1 year of supervisory experience
Even better if you have the following:
- Poker Tournament Director Association (TDA) certification.
