We are seeking an experienced and driven Poker Room Manager to lead our poker operations and ensure a high-quality, fair, and engaging atmosphere for all players and staff.

Position Summary
The Poker Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the poker room, managing staff, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and optimizing revenue while maintaining an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all poker room operations, including cash games, tournaments, and promotions
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, train, schedule, and supervise dealers, and supervisors.
  • Assist to ensure compliance with all gaming laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Monitor game integrity and resolve disputes in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and player satisfaction
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in poker room or casino management
  • Strong knowledge of poker games, rules, and industry standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with poker room management systems/software preferred
